If an item arrives damaged or broken please inform us within 48 hours of its arrival by email to and attach a photograph of the item. We will be happy to deal with the problem as on very rare occasions an item of porcelain may not arrive intact. We will do our utmost to resolve the problem efficiently and speedily to the satisfaction of all.
