Basking-Shark-Print
David Norman - Atlantic_Fish_Art, collection, present this first series of nine prints. Having fished for 40 years and guided for the last ten, David re-discovered his artistic side during the Covid lockdowns.
Here he offers a series of prints, each 8"x6", mounted, 10" x 8". The prints are from original work created by David, using Faber-Castell Polychromo Coloured Pencils. They are printed on 310gm paper using the Giclee Fine Art process.
David Norman is based in Clonakilty, West Cork.
Basking Shark - The basking shark is the second-largest living shark and fish, commonly seen in groups. They filter-feeding, just under the surface on plankton, with the classic Shark dorsal fin and tail just poking out of the water causing much excitement for viewers ashore or in small boats!** They are in fact totally harmless yet sadly unprotected by Irish Law.
